State BranchesThere are 7 branches under the umbrella of NLC Australian Capital Territory (ACT) New South Wales (NSW) Queensland (QLD) South Australia (SA) Tasmania (TAS) Victoria (VIC) Western Australia (WA) In general, every branch has at least 3 office bearers; Branch Convenor, Branch General Secretary, Branch Education Officer. Often there are another 2 unofficial positions such as Branch Liaison Officer or Branch Welfare Officer. Depending on each branch, these other positions are set up to suit the nature of the branch. At branch level, the ISOs come together to form a collective of international students and will set direction for the branch during the Branch Annual Conference and the Branch Executive meeting. The Branch Executive consists of the Branch Office Beares and the Presidents of each ISO. |
