NLCommunity deserves to be legally protected from the mistakes of others. We are a student community with limited rights, governed by the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act. However, all the responsibility is placed entirely on NLCommunity, with no system of accountability put in place to prevent abuse or error from the education industry. Through NLCompliance and OSArbitration, we will ensure accessibility of information, and that NLCommunity members are given fair treatment by Higher Education Providers (HEP) and Government Agencies.
