NLCommunity has strong leaders that will guide the community throughout the years. These leaders are our lifeblood and it is vital to ensure continuity of leadership to advance the interests of our community. We will discover potential leaders through the process of democratic OSAssembly Elections, and nurture and develop their leadership abilities through the sharing of ideas and training workshops at our NLConventions, which include the NLC Annual Conference (NLCAC) and OSA Campus Presidents’ Summit (OSACPS).
