OSA STUDENTeam provides OSArbitration services on campus to International Students who have issues with their education provider. These issues can include and are not restricted to: credit transfers from another institution; academic board and disciplinary tribunals; disputes between staff and students in regards to disputed grades, discrimination and unfair treatment; payment disputes; disputed attendance rates; inability to graduate because of wrong information from staff and the responsibility of additional fees including visa extension fees.

The OSA President and OSA Vice-President Compliance will sit on University Academic Committees and have direct contact with the Vice-Chancellor and DVC (International)/PVC (International) to bring compliance matters to their attention.

The OSA STUDENTeam Vice-President Compliance is responsible for OSArbitration, and receives training from NLC National Office. NLC National Office is in constant contact with and offers regular advice to OSAs. OSAs work together with their respective International Office Compliance Officers, as well as ensuring any failure to comply with ESOS requirements by the institution is referred to NLC National Office.
